Founded in 2007, Missouri MENTOR offers an array of home- and community-based services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other medically complex challenges. Our flexible programs and services are structured around the needs of each individual we serve, and are designed to promote independence, skill development and growth in the communities that they call home.

We continue to implement protocols consistent with current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments.
