Missouri MENTOR Training Network

The Missouri MENTOR Training Network provides supportive training for direct support professionals who work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer courses in the Kansas City, St. Louis, and surrounding areas. 
 
Our courses are led by instructors with years of experience and expert knowledge in topics including first aid, medication administration, and more. Instructors show how to apply the skills learned in the classroom in service settings. Learn more about our training opportunities below and register for a course.

Missouri Level One Medication Aide (DMH)

This course will consist of 18 hours of class time, including a practicum and written exam. Students who successfully complete this course will be registered as Level One Medication Aides through the Missouri Department of Mental Health. 

Transferable to Missouri DHSS Registry. Students are responsible for having their coursework transferred.


Missouri Level One Medication Aide Update (DMH)

This course consists of four classroom hours and teaches all aspects of medication administration covered under the scope of a Level One Medication Aide. To maintain an active license, this update course must be completed every two years.

Transferable to Missouri DHSS Registry. Students are responsible for having their coursework transferred.


Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED

BBP & Pediatric add-ons available

This hands-on course consists of 5 classroom hours. Students who successfully complete this course and demonstrate learned skills will receive a certification card at the end of class.
